Not delivering goods even after payment

Name of company/service: Om Pick Pack Packers and Movers, Dwarka Sec 26 , Plot no 30, House No 204, DLF Phase 1 Gurgaon

Dear Sir,

I had given complete information of the place from where house hold goods have to be picked and packed and location where goods has to be unloaded. On 25 the June 2013, “Om Pick Pack Packers & Movers, Dwarka Sec-26, Plot No. 30, New Delhi -110046, DLF Phase-1, House No 204, Gurgaon (Hr.) mobile 09999221910” Pick Packers promissed to deliver goods from “Crossing Republik Ghaziabad” to ” Premnagar, Lohaghat, Distt-Champawat”. They promissed to pack and deliver goods and asked to pay 9000 rupees, however, tehy increased this amount to Rs 11350 in the namge of insurance of goods latter. They told a rule of 80/20 ratio, which means 80% of charge should be paid during the time when goods is being packed and 20% should be paid once it is deliverd, but, not they are extorting money and not delivering my goods.
They are making me fool and not delivering goods.

    I am really looking for resolution of my furniture taken by big time fraud Packers & Movers company: Supreme Packers & Movers who were supposed to deliver one 3 + 1 + 1 Sofa Set at my Kolkata residence. I have recently relocated to Pune so wanted to send the Sofa Set to my parents in Kolkata. These guys came to my Bangalore residence and packed the sofa set on 20th June, 2013 and said it will take max 7 days to deliver to Kolkata. They have given a total bill of 10500/- rupees and out of that I have paid 5000/- advance. Today is 9th July they have not delivered the Sofa Set yet to my Kolkata residence. No one is picking up my phone. About 4 days back the last communication happened between me and their point person Tanveer 09343707602 and he promised that that I will soon receive the Sofa Set. When I have asked why is the delay they said due to lack of space in the last carrier they couldnot load it but they have sent it for Kolkata on Thursday 4th July. So he promised that he will drop me driver’s phone number and vechile number and they are already on their way and will deliver the sofa set directly at Kolkata residence. But 4 days has passed he didn’t pass me any details I tried calling him many times and luckily he picked his other number and he said not to worry will pass the details in 10mins and now it happened to be 5hrs I tried reaching him many times but he didn’t pick up and no one from the company is seems have any information. I am down with no choice other than lodging a complaint against fraud practices of Supreme Packers & Movers. Apart from the details I have provided here is the details:

    I am facing same problem with this company. They took 20 days to deliver my goods from Delhi to Hoshiarpur ( picked on 27th Jan, Delivered on 14th Feb) . One of my item was missing. They also took 1800/- as refundable insurance amount which was to be paid back to me at the time of delivery of goods to me. But now this guy Raj kaushik is not picking up my calls and giving me new payment dates. I doubt his intention of paying my money back to me.

    please help me in this case. I wish someone could stop this guy.

    i m also facing the same problem .these om pick pack packers are real fraud ,why these people are not behind bar i dont knw .repeatedly they are doing the same with every customer.i booked through them household goods from delhi t,got there reference from just dial.i paid them for individual vehical tata 407 for the transportation but these people after promising and also loaded the tata 407 in front of me but after moving the truck they transported the goods to some courier person and did the transportation in parcel.even after repeated request they made me in very miserable condition ,not picking my calls.they forced me to pay the insurance and transportation money in advance without giving me any policy document.reciept they gave containing false mobile numbers.now i m confused if i go to police or wait for some days so that i can hope the transportation.i m really in great trouble as if they dont deliver then whole of my assets will be lost .please help me in getting my house hold goods .
