Voltas 1.5 ton Split AC

Name of company/service: Voltas

I purchased Voltas 1.5 ton AC on 21st of May, 2013. Since the next day of purchase there was some problem in it so i called the sevice toll free number and registered a complaint. There was no response for a number of days so i called again and registered a new compaint, Again no response. This time I talked to some senior person there and after 15 days of purchase I got technicians at my place but the technician just did the service of that AC which was not even required and my problem was still there. Again registered complaint but no response. One problem was already there and another came, i.e water leakage. 26 June, one more complaint registered. 5th June again one more complaint. 6th June, one more complaint. I dont think this would be taken. Before the purchase of this AC I heard a lot about Voltas that its a nice company and all and now i think no one should buy this. There is no service at all. Please help me in this matter.

Glad to see that you paid attention to my complaint. And please try to sort out my problem within 24 hours otherwise just take away your AC and meet me at Consumer Court. On 7th of July i was assured by your senior consultant that i need not to call again but i was sure that i need to call again and again. Lets see this time you will provide me service or not. And if you will provide service, I dont want that person to attend the service who came last time because i dont think he was a technician who didn’t even looked into major problem and i’ve send you all the details. I hope this time there would be some response from your side

24 hours are about to go, and there is no response yet. If you are providing such a poor service then please take your AC back and return me my money. After investing lots bugs, I am not getting any service. And now whats the use when the season of AC is about to over. Now I want my money back.

More than 60 hours, but still no response yet. This is the service facility of Voltas. Who so ever is reading my comments please do not buy this Voltas AC. Its just waste of money. And to Voltas, I would just say, now meet me at Consumer Court…!!!
