To whomsoever it may concern:
I reside in Mayur Vihar –I, 138-F, Pocket – I, New Delhi-91 since 2003. Since 2003 I am getting my electricity bills exceptionally high from BSES. Ranging from 8000 – 11000+ thousand for two months. I have lodged complaints many times with BSES division Office & talked to Business Manager as instructed by BSES Customer care department but all are futile. They come check my meter and use to say “Aapka meter theek hai” no action taken till date.
Most interestingly same amount bills we receive when flat locked for weeks. We use only CFL bulbs, one AC for only for 4-5 hours in night, we do not have invertor (which requires 24hours charging), we do not use Water purification machine (which also consumes 24hours electricity).
Only few CFLs, Refrigerator, AC for few hours (obviously in summers only) and 1-2 fans cost 4000- 5000 thousand rupees electricity bill on monthly basis ?????
Request you to kindly take necessary and very urgent action on it as I am requesting for same since last 10 YEARS.
