Why the verification is negative and what documents are required more.
I have already submitted following documents while taking connection
1) PAN Card
2) Passport copy
3) Sale deed copy of house
4) Gas bill connection

I am not having any other documents related to address ,so what I will do by going in your brand store.

And if any other document was required, the dealer(connect india) should not have intimated in advance so that I would not have proceeded with connection.

While taking connection these types of requirement doesn’t come but afterwards you ppl unnessarily harass the customers.

My internet connection is still not activated and my work is getting affected because of this.

I will take this matter to Consumer court now.

My Tata Docomo 3g Data card Device Num-7204252251 is deactivated without any intimation on account of address verification issue.

This is not appropriate as my work is getting effected due to non-availability of 3g services.

I had provided Sale deed of my house as Address proof which should be sufficient and if there is any problem in verification of address ,I should be contacted first before any deactivation of services

Kindly activate the service immediately without any further delay else I will be bound to escalate the matter.
