balance deduction

Dear sir,
I got fed up of tata docomo service, every time i recharge my number, they deduct my balance and they say i downloaded some application or something. But God swear i didn’t did anything like that, i did complaint about this in tata docomo customers service but i didn’t got any response from this. So i came here to tell my problem.. Please make this stop.
