I bought a Samsung Galaxy Y Duos on 10th June 2013 and have had continuous problems with the phone hanging every now and then. Have already lost two working days getting the phone fixed at their Gurgaon Service Centre on 21st and 29th Jun. This evening I got a low battery signal and when I put the phone for charging it became hot and the display disappeared. I complained to their toll free and have been told to take it to the service centre for the third time in less than a month. The customer care representative did not have any escalation matrix to share. All he asked was stupid questions and continue saying – we cannot do anything. You need to take it to the service centre once again. On being asked, who is the senior person at Samsung Customer Care, I as told there is no one. Ridiculous – isn’t it? Is this what I have paid for? I have been sold a faulty product and being given a horrible after sales service. I need a replacement and compensation for this harassment.
