Name of company/service: ebay.in online shopping company
I bought a Dell Laptop from eBay.in online shopping website of Rs 32129.15 which I swapped by my Citi credit card on 27 may 2013. The terms and Condition of company was that they will deliver my laptop with in 8-12 days or they will refund my 100% amount.
Now issue is that they did not deliver my product with in SLA or not Giving my 100% refund. I have talked with eBay cx service team they did not give me any satisfied answer till now even they did not replying any response on my email as well till now,
Please sir help me…
