I made a recharge on my airtel number last night. I tried with my first debit card which was not processed due to some erro from the bank, i got a text from airtel saying ” ur trans id 072746 has failed since payment was declined by your bank. pls contact bank for details. In 15 minutes i got a text from my bank sating my money was debited to Info.VIN*BHARTI AIRT. i called customer service nobody received it, today i called 3 times and they say they will pass it to senior executive and they hang up the call. Its a matter of 50 rs, but obviously 50 bucks is not a big amount. I have been with Airtel for years now and I am disgusted with this behavior. I am definitely switiching over to another provider. SHAME ON YOU FOR LOOSING A CUSTOMER FOR 50 BUCKS!
