I was not able to pay my bill for HDFC credit card from last two month due to some financial issues. I was talking to every collection executive (Himanshu,Harshit) from HDFC and keep telling that i will pay this amount on 7 of july. they abused and harassed me painfully. They also Threaten me every day badly. Due to this i was mentally depressed. This Monday HDFC took 11000 from my salary account without any intimation and approval. I am reachable over the phone and ready to pay the amount but now HDFC threatening me full payment and not releasing my account and fund. As per RBI guideline bank can’t harass me for unsecured loan. Please help
