i purchased a samsung grand mobile before 3 months. now mobile and its charger burned. i went to samsung service center for this complaint. but they cant solve the problem even its warrenty period. last 2 week so many times i went to service center but they dont take any action against my mobile.if i lost 21600 rs for my new mobile or any help from your side
