dog food shipment delayed by two months. Retailer not answering even after repeated mails.

I had placed an order with dogspot.in for dog food as on may 26th. however i am yet to receive the order. moreover, i have been constantly trying to call them on the number provided on the screen and have been mailing them my grievance, still i haven’t heard from them. I had paid upfront with cash through my credit card. Kindly look into the issue.
