Wrong deduction of money in 7209393911 everytime

Name of company/service: Tata docomo

Sir,
Tata docomo company is a fraud company this company always deduct the balance of innocent customer. When customer call to their customer care they said he has activate some services in their number but the customer didn’t activate any service. Sir my no is 7209393911 in this case company automatically activate call me tune sevices in between 3:00am and deduct 50/- . When i wake up in morning i see there is no balance in my no. I call to c.care he says i have activated the same.sir it is a common sence at that time i am in sleep .
Sir we are poor farmer the value of 50/-is too much for us .
So, i request u to please take a reasonable step for this and also try to refund my balance
