I have one Eureka Forbes Aquasure supreme 3000 water purifier. I purchased it in 2009. At the time of purchase it was delivered at home and cartridge delivery at home was regularly arranged by Eureka Forbes. Recently in April I again requested in Eurekaforbes customer care for cartridge. After many reminders and requests I was given a number 9555581189 to contact for cartridge. I contacted him. He told me to go shop number 177, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi to purchase the cartridge. I went there but the owner told me that now the company has stopped making the cartridge for the this model ans asked me to come some other time if I want to purchase the cartridge for 18 ltr. model. Next day I went there and 1st he talked with me very very rudely and told me how you dare to talk to company person about the cartridge. Then he has given me 18 ltr model cartridge at the cost of Rs. 425/-. The seal of the cartridge was broken. I asked him for the proper receipt. He was reluctant to give the receipt. After repeated request he has given me the receipt with the remark that there is no warranty for the cartridge and there is no replacement also. I brought the cartridge and fitted in the water purifier. It was not properly working. I informed this incidence to the person whose number was given to me (9555581189). He has not replied yet.
This kind of poor service is not expected from a reputed company like eurekarforbes. I agree that we are low end users for the company and has no value in the eyes of company. But we too have dignity and respect and its the professional requirement for a company to survive. If company has stopped this model and accessories, a customer should be properly informed, so that he can opt for alternative arrangement.
