Wrong charges and Harassment

Name of company/service: IDEA cellular

I have IDEA postpaid connection since March 2012.

IDEA cellular sent me the wrong bill of Rs 2647.10 on 07 Nov 2012 and disconnected my phone connection on non payment of the bill. When i file the complaint in IDEA customer gallery they accepted it and ensured me that they will reverse the wrong charges but you have to pay Rs300. They reversed the wrong charges but after 10-15 days and my phone connection was out of service. After 10-15 days my phone connection was started but my outgoing service was not active. Again i complaint the IDEA customer gallery but ther representative told me that there is no problem from our side and your outgoing facility is OK, but actually my phones outgoing facility was not working. Then after 3-4 months IDEA cellular sent me the bill of Rs865 and asked me to pay the bill for the service i am not using for last three months and which was disconnected due to application of wrong charges by them. On non payment of the bill of Rs865 they will sue me in delhi courte and actually i got the call form delhi courte.I paid the amount of Rs865 and requested them to cut off my connection but they told me to come tomorrow if you want to cut off the connection. The bill of Rs865 is with me. After 2-3 months (may-June 2013) again i received the bill of Rs514.79 and they asked me to pay the bill.
