Accesries Missing from the new Handset box

Hi this is Nitesh .
I purchsed a new ZTE smart phone from reliance web world DAKC but the headset is missing in the box.now the web world manageer is saying that its not their responsibility.they cant do anything.They are not ready to replace the handset.even i just opened the box in the webworld before them when i found that the headset is not there in the box.
