I have transported my household item on 24th jun 2013 from Ranchi to Noida.
at the time of booking pakers representative assured delivery on 27th June 2013 . After rigorous follow up on 28th evening i came to know that truck reach palwal near delhi & goods will deliver in 28thy night .
on 29th morning packers staff said that truck leave Lucknow on 29th morning.
& Ranchi office assured delivery on 29th night . again on 30th morning they assured delivery on monday morning .
On monday i came to know that truck reached gurgaon , & will deliver today . after assurance packers again informed that they will deliver goods on Tuesday morning.
I have requested packers Ranchi & Delhi very office to assured delivery soon bit they extended date again & again
I am in transit condition from more then 2 weeks with my 1 1/2 year old baby .
I am fed up with the responses received from packer’s side .
On 2nd july morning packers staff informed me that there is some break down in truck so it will take some time to repair . at 11:00 AM i again call him then he said that your consignment is for noida so now truck can not cross delhi due to no entry & will deliver tomorrow.
from more than 4 days packers is giving false status , I am feeling helpless against this odd situation
