Sir, I bought a shoe from yepme on 24.04.13 and i got it on 27-28 April 2013, but shoe does not fit me hence i again asked them to replace and they replace the same as per terms 30 days return policy. Then after 10 days i found some pasting problem in my shoe and then i mailed then on 18.05.13 and they told me that they will arrange pick up and solve my problem as well. They came to pick up on 28.05.13 and till then they are not returned my shoe not even refund . I called Customer Care several times but they reply differently every time i call, now they are saying they wont refund my money since term gone beyond 30 days, i wrote them that i dont need refund i want my shoe back.
