Irresponsible People Dont keep Commitment

I am strongly disappointed with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. I have applied for Loan one month before. They tell me that thier proccess is 5-7day only. But one month is passed. I have submitted all documents and for Loan. They commited that on 25th Amount will be transfer in my account and I have further committed to anyone else. But did not transfer. Signed Cheque with all documents already submitted. Now they are not transfering amount even not accepting my calls, no reply of SMS as well as Emails.
