dear sir,
i had bought a renault duster car in april 2013, from gurgaon(Hry.)
In the month of june only the car started to show its real face and company manufacturing.
Sir, the car is having various problems:-
1.Car showed queries only at 5ookm of drive.
2. Engine is not working properly.
3. AC is not effective.
4. Music system is completely bogus.
4. and many more…….
Sir, i called the agency and they took my car on 10 june, assuring that it would be delivered soon.But it has not been delivered yet (01-07-2013). Which agency or company take that much time to solve a problem in a new brand car???
Sir, i think that they had sold me a defective car in the begining and were aware of the same.
Sir, now i want to take some strict action against them and want my car back as soon as possible.
Kindly help me in the same.
I shall be very thankful to for this act.
