COplain About bill Updating

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

Sir,
I have been paid my all no bills Dated on 08/06/2013
But my bill will not updated in my account & outgoing of that no has been closed from your side, Sir I have been complained my nearest TATA Outlet, But They are also not responding me.

I have been stuck in Problem Due to barred of outgoing,
