Parts replaced/Changed on Service

Dear Sir,

I have given my apple iphone for repair to Gadget Clinic, 157, Powai Plaza,Powai. After keeping the phone for almost 4 weeks they said the phone cannot be repaired. When i took the phone back from them and visited authorized Apple Service Center and they said, the phone is registered out of India and seems like the mother board of phone is replaced.I was surprised as i bought the phone from India. I took the phone back to Gadget Clinic and they said they will look into it and asked me to give the bill copy and all. After couple of weeks i visited them and they said everything is sorted. I took the phone and visited Apple care and they said the phone is registered in Canada and original sim slot ( from where Apple track IMEI number is been misplaced).

I called Gadget clinic again and asked them to give me my original sim slot back failing to which i will move legally to next steps to which they said please go ahead.

I feel cheated and i want to teach them a lesson so that next time around nobody gets cheated from this place.

I sincerly hope to get the Justice.
