Problems with Tata Indicom

Madame/ Sir,
I have a Tata Walky/ Tata Photon Plus account with Tata Indicom, New Delhi. The account number is 914345010 connected with this is the Tata Walky number 01164607742 utilising tariff plan Walky_DL_PPS_249_plan and the Photon Plus number is 09212467649 utilising plan Photon Plus 6GB@950Cap Plan. Despite my initial and subsequent requests i do not receive hard copies of monthly bills required for claiming the same from the Govt and now they only send me messages on my number stating that bill has been forwarded to email and that too is untrue. Further, for about last four months plus the signal strength of both Walky and Photon Plus have reduced drastically because of which both these services are not available to me. Despite repeated complaints on Customercare till now no representative of Tata Indicom has ever visited my residence. now when I call customercare they do not even take down my request to stop Tata Indicom services. I want to surrender my Tata walky and Tata Photon Plus and cease all services of Tata Indicom with me.

    Commander, I can only affirm what you write. Tata Indicom/Tata Docomo/TTML are all hot air ccompanies. They have a great code of conduct for their staff and management. But as they say in German – No pig is interested/Kein Sau is interessiert.
    For days they don’t attend to complaints. In many respects, they are so primitive in spite of the fact that TCS, a top software producer in their stable, cannot create a possibility to change one’s password at regular intervals. This is resulting in one’s connection being hijacked by their own staff. What would one call such a company by any standards – LOUSY.
