Delay in delivery and installation of Washing Machine

I purchased a Reconnect washing machine from Reliance Digital Store at Acme Mall, Syntactic west on 19th June. The delivery was to happen on 20th and installation by 21st June. However on 20th I was told delivery is not possible, after numerous delays and promises the delivery happened on 24th June. However, Reliance digital Serbs to be in no mood for installation. I got a call from an installation person on 29th June saying he would come at 3:00 pm. I told him since we are not available, come at 5:30. He said he will come at 10:30 on 30th June. However, he has not turned up today. I am trying his phone but there is no response. The officials at Reliance Retail do lip service only. I am tired and frustrated after purchasing this product beacuse of bad service and false promises.
