sir/madam,

my name is Rohit kumar verma, i am a student and lives in delhi as bachelor.
today morning i had go to sbi atm which is in shiv puri sagar pur gali no-15, for withdrawal some cash from my bank of india atm card, there were no guard. after withdrawal my cash i was just counting that and kept the card upon the atm machine and my atm card felt down in the guard room. i had an atm card case so that i had my password and atm card both were in that now i am helpless to got my atm card back due to there was no guard in that atm. if there is an atm machine then why not sent any security guard to help the customers.
after that i had called in sbi bank customer care to complain regarding no guard, they said that i am not a sbi card holder so that they can not register my complain.
please register my cmplain and take action against state bank for this types of missbehaving with other banks customer. thank you.
