Not getting any customer service from the company for faulty microwave oven although it is under warranty period

Dear Sir/Madam,
Complaint numbers: DL0613021282, DL0513031662, DL0513031662 etc..
my oven is not working since last 4 months. From that period till now, I have made numerous calls to the customer support. Every time they are giving me one customer code number and a satisfaction code but no help. Now I am in condition to throw this product.
This to this portal is my last hope.
I have been using Whirlpool AC,Fridge and Oven. But with this type of service I am very much frustrated and now planning to file a court case against this company.
