Name of company/service: HUL Pure It
I have the sorry fate of owning a Pure-it Marvella.
I am writing to you in utter frustration after escalating through all means were exhausted.
My Marvella was re-installed on 15th June and it worked for a day and started leaking from 17th June.
I contacted your call centre on 17th and the person came on 23rd June to fix it. ( 6 days !!!!)
Your technician charged me INR 1475/-. And promised that it will work. It worked for a day and it started leaking again after one day.
Again I lodged a complaint with your “so prompt and courteous” call centre , again a technician came yesterday and “fixed” it but again after 3 hours it started leaking.
Now you tell me what should I do and Where should I go for a glass of fresh potable water.
Was it that big a mistake to have bought a product bearing HUL brand name.
Will customer like me ever TRUST this brand of your’s ?
