Threatening call for bill payment

Name of company/service: IDEA CELLULAR

Receiving life threatening calls from recovery agents from Idea Telecom [011 30158300] regarding payment of a no. which I lost 3 months back. [9540300900]

The person was using abusive language and was constantly threatening me to pay the bill today else he will come to my house and teach me a lesson.

Being told to pay the amount today else face dire consequences !

Being a post paid customer for more than 7 years, I am shocked at depth to which they stooped down to get an amount of INR 700.

    Is there any one to listen my complain?

    I have made several request regarding this and I am going to take a legal action against your company if my complain is not resolved in next 7 days.

    How can I make myself be heard. I got repeated life threatening calls from your collection agents, had to listen to their abusive language and there was no action taken. If nothing can be done just let me know and I will seek help in consumer forum and court.

    You have made a mockery of whole thing by ignoring such heinous acts of your employees.
