Xolo service problem

Location/place: pune

Name of company/service: XOLO CARE (LAVA)

I buyed xolo A 500 from croma,pune.on 18/5/2013 invoice no:SLF02A067020022790
It had problem of display on 5/5/13 I called xolo care.they told me to pack phone and they will arrange pickup in hrs.but is was not happened. I called again same thing happened. They registered my complaint on 14/6
Case Id – 310000069952.and told me that thee have arranged pickup.. I called them 5 times but still pickup has not been arranged.In last week call was disconnected by their exucutive after arguing to me…again I called but same thing happened.. Please help me out
