Amount deducted from credit card Rs. 6399/-

Name of company/service: HDFC Super Saver Fineedge

Dear Sir/Madam
I would like to inform you that i am cheated from the HDFC Bank & Super Saver Fineedge,I got a call from there executive named Karan and he started to alluring me with some exciting offers and told me that he is calling from the bank and i will get a new credit card with no-limit in exchange of my current credit card but i denied him for those offers and cut the phone but again he called and asked my credit card number and assured me that he is from the bank and i shared my credit card number and during the call he deducted my balance Rs. 6399/- and when i called the company they are asking for the time to listen the call from last one month but yet i am not getting the response from there.
Kindly look into the matter and help me.
