I had bought a product from Indiatimes shopping in Feb 2013, the item was delivered to me on 9th feb 2013 however the same was damaged. I immediately called up the customer care and informed about it, and requested to pickup the product and refund the amount. After regular follow-ups the product was picked up in mid of March 2013. I have been following up with them since then however have not received the refund till date. Though the amount involved is quite small (around Rs.350/-) but i really want to teach these guys a lesson who unnecessarily harasses thr customers. Pls help me in this. I am attaching all the mails that i hv sent to them.
