I had given my laptop to the Samsung service centre on 19th June for a keyboard problem. My complaint was registered even before that with the customer service center. At the service centre the personnel told me that the laptop would be ready within a week.Today they called me and told me that they have repaired my laptop and i can collect it today. But when i collected it today it still has the same problem and the keyboard is not working. the service centre staff is very unhelpful and refuses to cooperate.
