Selling retraded tyre as Genuine

Name of company/service: Reliance Tyres / Selling retraded Tyre as Genuine

I have purchased Two new MRF Tyres zvts told as a genuine by the shopkeeper M/s Reliance Tyres having address WZ.-33A/6, Varinder nagar, Nr. Janakpuri, New Delhi58 ph: 011-25521133, Mobile: 9810033899 on 1st June 2013.

Now one of the tyre got damaged on 23rd June 2013 which is almost not more than 23 days and the outer layer of the tyre is coming out entirely which should not happen if it is a genuine tyre. While getting it checked with other party it is considered as a retraded tyre and shopkeeper is denying to replace with new genuine tyre.

Kindly help in getting original tyre of MRF which i had paid for and oblige.

An early action would be highly appreciated.
