My Name is Saritha, I have recently shifted from Kumarswamy layout to Electronic City 1 Phase…I have give all the necessary document to Seetharam Gas Agency at Jigani its more than a month now still they are saying that they are uploading my document in their software…
At first they said that they have problem in the software so within 15days they can upload the document…then they gave me the contact number of head office i.e 22239473…I spoke to them they said that software is working and if they again say about software issue then talk to A Mohanthy…
When I spoke to them one of the female staff of Seetharam Gas agency told me to quit my job and come to office if I need gas, I called again and spoke to the manager, when I narrated him about his staff he said “If you need gas you should so that even I am doing the same”
Even I tried reaching A Mohanthy she did not respond to my calls…please take necessary action on Seetharam Gas Agency and do the needful
