LUMIA 920 WORST

Sir,

I have purchased this Nokia Lumia 920. After purchasing I went to nokia care 4 times for the issue of auto hang off as well 3g not support. Earlier job sheet details i do not have. But now this is the current job sheet nos 207433527/130613/8 on dated 13/06/2013 still not getting solution form them. I requested them that please change my headset as it was repaired three time form your side. But they are not changing it nor giving any solution. I hope that they will change it or make good decision against company. my total experience with nokia is WORST.

    SMS “NCC” & send it to 55555, within few seconds you will receive the list of NCCs in that city.

  2. I am using lumia 920 but till date I am not aware of its internet acess service by my sim card which is of bsnl. I am also not thorough about differrent applications required for putting a document in the phone by transferring the same from laptop. please suggest.
