Not Replacing handset in Guarantee Period

Name of company/service: Chroma/SONY

I bought SONY XPERIA SOLA handset on 13th Jan 2013 from Chroma Rajouri Garden, and I am facing issues with this since day one.
My concern is that I am been sold a faulty handset.
I am facing lot of issues which I have shared with Chroma Store Rep Akhil and been 3-4 times to sony service center at Janakpuri aswell.
Every month this handset has some problem and I cannot fight for repair of this.
Handset is in warranty, and I was assured by Chroma and Sony that they will replace the handset, but now they are refusing.
I am been given no help and handset is now in a dead condition.
I need your help to sue them and get this replaced with a new cellphone.
Please help.
