accidental charge

My rajasthan number 8094992304 was debited with rs150 upon activation of Vodafone tv all channel pack. I immediately cancelled the same and asked for a refund at which point the executive tells me that I am not entitled to one and it would have been better to simply use the pack. He says that I clicked some link and activated the pack myself. I might have accidentally clicked a link while scrolling the pages but that doesn’t mean they have the right to activate a pack worth 150 rupees without any confirmation.The company clearly cheated me and now refuses to hear any of my complaints.The mere fact that they don’t verify any such recharges shows there utter negligence towards customer satisfaction and how easily they can cheat somebody.
