Sir,
I am a domestic Bharat Gas connection holder (consumer No. 222) at BANHIN BHARAT GAS SERVICE (No. 169736) in Karbi Anglong, Assam since 2011. Now, I get transferred to Ranchi officially. Several times, I contacted the concerned gas agency/Distributor through email and telephonically to transfer my account to Ranchi district, Jharkhand, but they always denied to do it in my absence and told me that this could be happen in your presence only. Recently, I came to know that my connection has been transferred to Orrisa to an unauthorized person fraudulently in my absence by the agency, which is against consumer rights and very unlawful. How this LPG distributor can transfer my connection to unauthorized person without my knowledge and absence. I am in great trouble without LPG connection at Ranchi. Therefore, I request you to please do something against this LPG distributor who has transferred my connection illegally and provide the connection back to me at Ranchi.
