For last 3 months, there are undue balance deductions with no reasons.. I tried to find the reasons but I was told time and again about no network access from company’s side.. Moreover I optted for MNP but still company has not granted me the permission to do so and when I approached the company, same answer was being given.. I was put on hold for several precious minutes causing a lot of convenience on my side.. Today itself there was a balance deduction against a service which I didn’t apply for.. Its quiet pathetic and rude behavior from company’s side
please take appropriate action and do the needful..
