I Purchased an air sofa via snap deal, in the month of may.
They delivered the product via Sarvmangal Holy Stores pvt ltd.

But the product was damaged, Since they are not allowing us to check the product, we made the payment of Rs 3750 and took the delivery.
After that I called several times to Snapdeal they always reply their service team will contact me.
I also mailed to them no of times giving 5 th or 6 th reminders, they didn’t respond.
Please help me.
