Complaint against Tokona Broadband

Name of company/service: Tikona Broadband

I needed a broadband connection; so on first of june 2012 I called Tikona Broadband for a demo; Demo was not so perfect but i needed the connection and so asked them to install one of their broadband schemes; for this they charged 1200 as installation fee; and assured me that they will send some engineer for setting up the connection. However no one came. I many times called the demo guy and Tikona helpline but it was all in vain. Finally when no engineer came even after a week I called their helpline and requested them to please cancel my subscription and return the amount that i have paid. However its 15th of june today; neither their engineer has come; nor they have returned the money that they charged as installation fees.
