I ordered samsung galaxy s3 mobile feom flop cart on 24th of may, 2013.My order id is OD30524062290.
When I got my mobile I came to know that my data cablw is faulty and it is not recognising my mobile on my computer but with my frienda data cablw it was recognising the ssame s3 mobile on my pc.I saw the complete specification of my data cable on samsung site that is ETA0U801BEGINU of cost 1200 plus.I called flipkart for thw same replacementjust after 3/4 days on number 180018004201111.flipkart took my complain twicely.my complaints numbers are 130531-012441 and 130531-010662.One person who is telling that I am supervisor in flipkart spokw with mw and promised me to give me the rembursement ofthe same data cacablw in the doem of money thatis the ggift voucher of rupees 1200 or askes me to send scan copy of bill of new data cable that I will purchase in future.But according to my busy schedulde I am not able to do purchase and all so I called on 21st of june , 2013 for telling them regarding the1200 rupees gift voucher(still i am in warrenty period), flipkart person told mw that there is no one from higher managment likw superwiser post person spoke with you regarding remursement purpose and we will send you just rupees 250 for that not 1200.and finally after two time discussing with this person name shweta she told me that flipkart can givw me rupees of 500 not more than this.this is against thw policy od flipkart that they are mentioning on there site and this is the worst experience that I am getting feom flipkart.i want my total monwy back or my samsung company’s s3 mobile data cable..please help me and give me justice.
