Absurd deduction of account balance

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Airtel

I am using this airtel prepaid mobile number since june, 2001. Since, past few days my account is being charged incorrectly for services I never asked for. Almost 300 rupees have been deducted from my account since then. After that, cheap behaviour of customer care executives has aggravated the situation. They are not taking my calls and earlier they hung up on me in between the calls.
I want strict action against them, as this is sheer machination.
