Dear sir/mam
I Neelam Jha completed my BCA course in 2011 from an institute affiliated to Punjab Technical University with LC code 1169my roll no is 820431005 but my degree certificate and result are not given to me till now and the institute is also not taking proper action due to which my career and my further studies are ruined.I cannot understand whether the institute is cheating or what is happening, so please help.
