Hi, On 7th of june refund was initiated by Flipkart.com for the shoes i had resturned to them as they were faulty.On 12th June they came back to me saying that my IFSC code is wrong hence payment has been declined by the Bank. I provided them with IFSC code again on 12th June and they sent a confirmation mail that amount will be reflecting in my bank till 19th June. However, nothing was credited and on speaking them with again the flipkart agent said the transaction has been declined again on 18th June and they are not aware of the reasons and provided me with a transaction ID. On contacting with my bank NEFT department i got to know that there is no such transaction ID and there is no refund initiated by anybody. On speaking with them again i asked them to refund my money through cheque, however instead of taking down the request they are just asking one thing again and again that whats your IFSC code as its mismatched.They alreasy have my corrrect IFSC code. This is harrrassment.
