I had purchased a new z10 in bhilai from a store in akashganga dated 08/03/2013 since the day I bought the phone my phone is having problem for few days the phone worked properly say 20 days after that it started got heating.So I gave it to service center for the same problem that is in raipur.They told me that the phone has been replaced with the new handset after keeping one and half month.Now I am using the handset for few days it worked properly and now again its having the same problem and software is also isn’t working properly I formatted the phone 10 times but it is not even charging with the charger I spoke to the asm of the state bout the handset he asked me to send it to service center what to do now plz help me
