I ARUP MUKHERJEE HAD PURCHASED 4G DONGAL INTERNET CONNECTION FROM AIRTEL AGENT 9PLUS9 IN CANAL STREET KOL-48 ON 20MAY13 VIDE INTERNET CONNECTION NO 8585814324. ACTUALLY WHERE I STAY IN 4B SHASHI BHUSAN DEY STREET I FOUND THAT I NOT ABLE TO CONNECT MY BRAODBAND AND THEN I CALLED THE AGENT AS WELL AS AIRTEL CALL CENTRE TO COMPLAIN REGARDING THE CONNECTION PROBLEM IN MY 4G DONGAL. BUT SINCE ONE MONTH PASSED BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO HELP ME NEITHER THEY COULD SOLVE MY DISPUTES. NOW SINCE 1 MONTH PASSED THEY WOULD BE GENERATING ME THE INVOICE OF RS 7100 APPROXIMATELY WHEN I CALLED THEM YESTERDAY. I DONT KNOW WHY THIS PEOPLE ONLY COME OUT TO MARKET TO SELL THE PRODUCT RATHER TO SOLVE THE DISPUTES OF THEIR CLIENTS–
I NEED YOUR SUPPORT REGARDING THIS AND PLEASE TRY AND HELP ME RESOLVE AND GET OUT OF THIS PROBLEM
