I AM USING 6 GB UNLIMITED PACKAGE OF TATA PHOTON DATA CARD SERVICE WITH MY PHOTON NUMBER AS 9212458966. I WAS GIVEN ASSURANCE AS THE BEST DATA CARD AND GIVING ATLEAST 512 MB DOWNLOADING SPEED ANYTIME. I AM IN NCR REGION AND EVEN HERE I AM GETTING SPEED AS LOW AS 0.10 MB.
I RAISED COMPLAINS SEVERAL TIMES WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE AND TWICE THEY VISITED. THIS TIME IT WAS HORRIBLE. FIRST THEY LOGGED A COMPLAINT FOR THE HELPDESK SUPPORT AND LATER THEY REALIZED THEY CAN NOT HELP, SO THEY CLOSED THE SR NO AND RAISED ANOTHER WITH NUMBER 366732279 FOR THE TECH SUPPORT VISIT. AND THIS TECH SUPPORT CAME AND SAID ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED IN 2 DAYS. LATER IN THE EVENING I GOT A CALL SAYING IT CAN NOT BE RESOLVED. I WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH WHATEVER SPEED I AM GETTING. TODAY MORNING WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE I WAS TOLD BY THEIR SENIOUR THAT MY ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND I CAN NOT RAISE ANOTHER SR FOR THE SAME ISSUE. AND HE REITERATED SAYING THE CURRECT SPEED IS THE BEST SPEED I CAN PROVIDE. THEY INFACT ASKED ME TO GO TO PLACE WHERE I GET THE BETTER SPEED TO WORK ON. THIS IS THE ILLOGICAL ADVICE I AM GETTING FROM THEM.
i AM STUCK NOW AND CAN NOT WORK NOW.
