Name of company/service: VIDEOCON D2H

I am costumer of videcon d2h.My ID is 83962230.My problem is from 6/6/2013 due to fast wind my antina is gone losse.due to this reason my t.v displyed only NO SIGNAL.then i was call videocon d2h costumercare & say my problem.But they do not anything on this way.I have been called in my times but they not do.today 18/6/2013 my problem is not clear.I am very upset.please sir do anything for this frod company & solve my problem .thanks
