net apeed not resoved since last 1 week

Name of company/service: tikona digital networks

i am facing the speed problem since last one week i have have registered complaint 4 times 1. 1-2699883208 jayesh 2. 1-2702782335 shreekant 3. 1-2706434924 salil 4. 1-2699883208 rohit and now today when i spoke with monish he told that there is no issues is fine from our end the speed fluctuates i asked it goes to 400kbps and 300kbps he says its normal. he registered a complaint again 1-2708161272 monish and yet the issue is not solved. thaking you in anticipation
