I got fraudulently billed a months rental on advance which the customer service executive did not inform me about when I changed my plan from UNLD549 TO ADBB549. On complaing they said the advance charge would be refunded when I disconnect the connection. Immediately I requested for disconnection of my broadband service and requested for a revised bill without the advance rental being charged. They confirmed over the phone that they would cancel and send me a revised bill which they did not do. Next month they sent me another bill with advance rental and late fee charges. On complaing to customer care they stopped answering my calls. I sent them emails which they did not take into consideration and nothing was done to resolve the issue. Now afyer an year I am getting calls from people stating tikona had filed case in delhi civil court and I would be sent a summon and I need to pay fines if I do not appear in court. This is horrible, comanies like tikona should be banned and not allowed to do business unless they have an office in the area where they cater. My tikona id was 1103471102. Please help and assist.
